SK Beauty Academy is an online education platform based in Cairo, Egypt, offering beauty-related courses delivered online in Arabic.

3) Accounts and Google Sign-In
To access certain features, you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
If you sign in using Google, Google may provide us with basic account information (such as your name and email address) depending on what you consent to. Your use of Google’s services is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
4) Privacy
our use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information (including name, email, analytics, marketing, uploads, and payments). Please read it carefully.
5) Courses, access, and certificates
Course access is provided online, and content availability may change over time (for example, we may update videos or materials).
If a course includes completion criteria, we may issue a certificate after you meet those criteria. Certificates may include your name and course details.
6) Payments and refunds
Prices are shown on the Service (or communicated to you before purchase).
Payments are processed through Kashier (and may involve Stripe). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any payment provider.
Refund policy:
All sales are final. No refunds once course access is granted.
7) User content (uploads, assignments, reviews)
If you upload content (photos/videos/text) to the Service:
- You confirm you have the rights/permission to upload it.
- You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service (for example, for instructor review, feedback, or technical processing).
- You are responsible for your uploads and must not upload illegal, infringing, or abusive material.
8) Intellectual property
All course videos, text, graphics, logos, and materials are owned by SK Beauty Academy (or our licensors) and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials unless we give you written permission.
9) Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access accounts you don’t own
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Share login credentials or distribute paid content
- Upload malicious code or harmful content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK Beauty Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data arising from your use of the Service.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SK Beauty Academy harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
16) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Egypt (unless applicable law requires otherwise).
