Refund Policy

This policy applies to courses sold on skbeautyacademy.com, operated by Safaa Kandil trading as SK Beauty Academy.

All sales are final

SK Beauty Academy sells online video courses. You get immediate, full access to the course content after purchase, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This includes a change of mind and partially watched courses.

Before buying, please read the course page carefully. If you’re not sure the course is right for you, contact us first and we’ll gladly help.

Exceptions

We will refund you in full if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same course, or
  • you paid but couldn’t access the course because of a technical problem on our side that we couldn’t fix within 7 days of your report.

How refunds are made

  • Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid in.
  • We start the refund as soon as it’s approved. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • For installment purchases (valU or Souhoola), refunds are processed through the installment provider.
